Scout Fair Tickets = $ for Summer Camp, Act Quick!! Scouts can earn great prizes and help raise money for both the Council and themselves by selling Scout Fair Coupon Packs. Each Coupon Pack has over $400 in coupons (such as Kroger, McDonalds, Blue Bell and Landry's Restaurants). Coupon Packs sell for $10 each, and 40% of each scout's total sales will be deposited in a noninterest bearing account with the troop that he may use to defray summer camp expenses. Coupon Packs are available from Scout Fair Sales Coordinator, John Cain (832) 446-2403, who will be stationed outside of the Scout Room to hand out books to enterprising scouts. Why not earn the Salesmanship Merit Badge or meet 2nd Class requirement No.10 in the process?

State Parks Need Help Troop 55 is a frequent user of our state parks. The drought, wildfires and budget cuts are taking their toll on our state parks system. There are 3 ways Troop families can help: (1) Make a tax-deductible online donation.; (2) make a donation when vehicle registrations are renewed; and/or (3) visit a state park with friends or family since user fees help pay operating costs.
