Get ready for an unforgettable international Scouting adventure at the Kandersteg International Scout Centre! In July 2028, Scouts from Troop 54 and Troop 55 will come together at this World Scout Centre in the heart of the Bernese Alps for an exciting journey filled with outdoor challenge, exploration, and unforgettable memories.
Planned highlights may include soaring through the trees on a zipline, hiking among breathtaking glaciers, stepping into history during castle tours, and discovering additional adventures as the trip itinerary takes shape. Every experience will give Scouts the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen friendships, embrace new challenges, and see the world together.
Kandersteg offers an ideal home base for a memorable troop experience, with accommodation and camping facilities designed to welcome more than 1,200 guests. Its setting—about 65 kilometers from Bern—places Scouts in a spectacular Alpine environment while connecting them with the international spirit of Scouting and the legacy of Lord Baden-Powell’s vision.
